Our latest show site, due to open in May 2023, is located inside the Webbs Garden Centre at Millets Farm Centre.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join the team.

This is a chance to join a prestigious business and work in a growing industry as more and more people look to invest in their home and garden.

We are very flexible in terms of working arrangements; however, the applicant must be able to work from 9am to 5pm and willing to work weekends, approximately 3 days per week is required.

• Be able to provide expert product knowledge to our customers
• Develop exceptional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Have proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
• Be commercially aware
• Have at least 23 years retail sales experience
• Maximise show site profit and achieve financial targets
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Have good organisational skills
