**Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8:50am

  • 2pm)**Do you provide excellent customer service? Are you confident on the phone? Can you work well in fast paced situations?

A vibrant, bubbly office is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team, based in a modern office in Preston Brook, Runcorn.

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for dealing with both inbound & outbound calls, assist customers with queries they may have and consistently provide excellent customer service.


Main tasks and responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Dealing with both inbound & outbound calls
  • Assisting clients with queries on their policy or quotation
  • Validate quotations
  • Log and resolve any client dissatisfaction
  • Handle customer requests for midterm adjustments
  • Complete validation checks
  • Deal with outbound calls to follow up with customers where additional information is required (this may include diary follow ups you have scheduled) to ensure cancellations are kept to a minimum.
  • Record and resolve any customer dissatisfaction as per the internal procedure
  • Ensure notes are applied to the customer file confirming the previous call to allow the next person to understand what stage the customer is at in our processes.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Call Centre experience is essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • Organised and be able to manage their own time
  • Self motivated
  • Attention to detail
