Permanent Accounts Assistant required for leading Healthcare Centre based in Moneyreagh

Duties will include:


Data inputting and reconciliations of:


  • Personal Allowance
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Health Trust Remittances
  • Payroll: hours processing
  • Other relevant tasks as and when required by Management

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience with Sage Accounting is essential for this role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel including formulas
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and excellent organisational skills

Hours of work:


Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
8.30 /9.00/9.30 am - 4.00/4.30/5.00 pm


Salary £24,500 per annum
