Permanent Accounts Assistant required for leading Healthcare Centre based in Moneyreagh
Duties will include:
Data inputting and reconciliations of:
- Personal Allowance
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Health Trust Remittances
- Payroll: hours processing
- Other relevant tasks as and when required by Management
Essential Criteria:
- Experience with Sage Accounting is essential for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel including formulas
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and excellent organisational skills
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
8.30 /9.00/9.30 am - 4.00/4.30/5.00 pm
Salary £24,500 per annum
