About the role, what will I be doing?_**
Tour Series Reservations Specialist responsible to communicate with the contracted group tour series to ensure we have organised everything they need prior to arrival, input rooming lists and being the contact person on the day (meet & greet and regular check-ups).

Working with the contracted deadlines and on upsells to maximise revenue opportunities following the revenue strategy. Following up with payment and invoicing as well as with post group customer satisfaction processes.


You will also:

  • Be aware of current and future availability on a daily basis, as well as any selling strategy proposed by Revenue with its restrictions
  • Have knowledge of OPERA system
  • Knowledge of Tour Series
  • Be up to date with all short and long term promotions available at the hotel
  • Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible
  • Prioritize any correspondence from the day before and from external guests and clients to ensure efficient customer service
  • Be fully conversant with all systems and computer procedures which are Reservations related
  • Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, and ensure adherence with the PCI rules and regulations at all time
