Training Administrator

What will I be doing in this role?
We're looking for an Administrator to join the Training team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external training programs for our employees, ensuring that all accreditations are up to date for the Highways Electrical business and that we are compliant with the requirements of the HEA and LANTRA.
Coordinate and schedule training courses for new hires and existing employees.
Assist with the maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion, and evaluation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable training standards and regulations.
Provide administrative support for all training-related activities, including tracking expenses and budgeting.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
We would love for you to join us with experience working as an Administrator, if this is in a training team, even better.
Proven experience as a Training Administrator or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
If you have an understanding of HERS (Highways Electrical Registration Scheme) this would be advantageous
