Employee Benefits Assistant
London - Hybrid Working
Salary:
Circa £50,000 + Benefits
Role profile:
Williams Kent are recruiting for an International Benefits assistant role based in London.
This is a broad role, where you'll be reporting directly into and working as a right hand to the International Benefits Manager.
You'll be working on a broad range of international benefits' activities internationally, including vendor management, communication, data management, and working closely with the wider HR team.
There will also be additional focus on the execution of the Group people strategy internationally as well as monthly payroll processing support to the Senior Payroll Manager, International.
Area of focus internationally are:
- Risk Benefits (Life & Disability)
- Retirement arrangements
- Tax efficient schemes (e.g. UK Childcare vouchers and Cycle to Work)
- Medical Insurance
- Wellness programmes such as digital GP and Wellbeing services
- Global Employee Assistance Programme and other global employee benefit initiatives
- Country specific allowances and local choice schemes
You will also be responsible for:
- Day to day handling of queries working with local Brokerage services and local branch assistance.
- Support with international benefit renewals as required
- Support with the implementation of local benefits for new branches
- Provide timely and accurate reports to Payroll and vendors for enrolling new employees to benefit plans as well as changes to benefits throughout the scheme year and scheme renewals
- Undertake projects and tasks as required supporting the alignment of benefits on a global basis in line with the Benefit Framework, assisting with streamlining processes, utilising systems (Workday and Compass) and introducing new initiatives.
- Support with reviews of 3rd party suppliers ensuring best practice
- Work in conjunction with the International HR Team and provide appropriate level of cover in the absence of HR Assistant; in the administration management and advice for HR processes, procedures, policies and systems

Assisting with the maintenance of benefit communications internationally.
- Design and implementing meaningful MI reporting for Benefits, collate and provide accurate data to 3rd party vendors as required
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- International experienc
e:
ideally within the Benefits or Reward space.
- Experience of using HR systems (Workday)
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
- Excellent communications skills.
- Collaboration and ability to establish trustful working relationships with the wider international HR team
- High level of numeracy and accuracy.
- Sense of urgency, efficiency and reactivity
