Responsibilities
Client Services - Differentiate the company from others
- Interact with client resources to provide guidance and input on how our client can support their HR and T&A initiatives
- Build relationships with various levels of the client's organisation to ensure the company continues to add value to their business
- Assist the Services team in preparing required SOWs to implement the client's timekeeping exports and interactions
- Share ideas based on client feedback and industry trends; participate in the development of project materials
Implementation Support - Provide Service support during implementations
- Help develop project plans and timelines for implementing client timekeeping exports and interactions with HR/payroll systems or processes
- Assist in the testing and validating of T&A implementations and exports
- Assist the IT Lead with preparing interface requirements to meet the needs captured during discovery, including Employee, Leave, Contract, Clock, etc
- Support Payroll and T&A training sessions; modify materials based on client requirements
- Stay abreast of labour law trends that may drive new product features
Solution Design and Development - Deliver the software solution
- Collect client feedback on new features, and conduct regular research to stay on top of retail business and T&A trends
- Provide the product team with ideas for future releases and feedback on issues or possible improvements to current features
- Deliver the company brand; participate in sales presentations
Issues Resolution - Demonstrate urgency in ensuring the resolution of issues
- Troubleshoot client helpdesk issues and escalate to the helpdesk as required
- Provide user support and guidance through the client administrators
Requirements:
Essential:
- 3+ years' experience in timekeeping processing and administration
- Expertise in EMEA country timekeeping and T&A laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, with an aptitude for learning new software / systems
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving and decision making skills
Desirable / Preferred:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related
- Certified Timekeeping Professional (CPP) designation
- Fundamental Timekeeping Certification (FPC) or equivalent
- Retail experience
