The Opportunity:

Due to a number of recent contract awards, a leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to join their Midlands team.

This company has a full order book and has secured a number of large projects with public sector clients that will keep them busy for the next 3-5 years.

Their portfolio includes a varied range of projects valued between £10m and £150m, including education, healthcare, commercial, residential and industrial schemes.

What will they consider?

An experienced Planner looking for a step up to Senior Planner

An established Senior Planner that is looking for a fresh challenge.

The Key Requirements:

Main contracting background within building/construction.
Must have a good amount of tender experience.
A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject (not essential if you are an Engineer or Site Manager looking to transition).
Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects (commercial, education, health, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
Full UK Driving Licence.
