Job Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of bottled water, water coolers, coffee and vending machines to our customer locations.

Other duties will include carrying out maintenance on the machines both on site and off.

You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to provide excellent service (full training will be provided).

The successful applicant will have access to a range of training courses provided.


Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install water coolers at client locations you will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy 19kg bottles of water onto the coolers.
• Provide routine maintenance and repairs to coffee machines, water coolers and vending machines as required. (Onsite training and training days with manufacturers provided).
• Delivery and set up of coffee machines (accompanied by a colleague).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with machines, providing solutions to customers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all services provided and inventory levels.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of stock deliveries in the warehouse.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have.
• Prepare online orders for collection from Fedex (strapping machine and printing delivery label training given)
• Covering vending operator rounds during holidays/sickness.

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
