£35,000- £40,000 (Dependent on experience)
I am currently working with an experienced architectural practice based in West Yorkshire. This award-winning practice are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician to join their growing practice. They work across a wide range of projectsincluding New Builds, Alterations, Extensions, and Commercial and Regeneration Schemes.

Skills and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist:

Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and detailed working drawing packages.
Attend site meetings as well as design team meetings
Ability to lead new projects from concept to completion as part of a team
Work collaboratively with the team and support more junior members of staff

Essentials needed for this Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist

Proficiency using BIM processes
Post qualification UK based experience with solid knowledge of current and up to date UK Building Regulations
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent coordination skills
Job running experience
