The Role

Within the customer success team, you'll find a team of dynamic and friendly individuals who are passionate about helping our customers to grow and drive revenue.

They are commercially-astute customer centric professionals, with high standards of performance. We're now looking for an excellent communicator, who will contribute to our collaborative and inclusive team.


Reporting into Customer Success, this person will proactively engage customers, having a critical impact on product adoption and customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work directly with customers to promote platform adoption and enhance customer satisfaction, training customers on all aspects of the Cognism platform.
  • Run workflow sessions with customers, taking a solutionsfocused approach to any blockers or challenges they have with the Cognism platform.
  • Identify potential risk within client accounts and create action plans to engage and mitigate customer churn.
  • Understand customer objectives and work collaboratively to help them achieve these.
  • Develop mastery of internal systems in engaging customers.
  • Identify and relay expansion opportunities crossfunctionally.

Requirements:


  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Personable, with excellent client relations skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Selfstarter and highly motivated, with the ability to work individually under pressure.
  • Able to manage workload effectively.
  • Resultsfocused.
  • 1+ years of experience within a customer facing role
  • Fluent or Native French language skills
