Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented and driven lettings negotiator to work in their established Bridgwater lettings office.

They are an extremely busy office so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task andorganise your own workload daily.

You will ideally have at a year's lettings or property management experience but if not they will consider an experienced administrator with great customer service skills and they will provide training.

Your role will be tolearn about the properties and show them to potential tenants as well as deal with clients face to face and over the phone.

In return you will be working for a very respected firm with a friendly team and receive a starting salary of around £21,000 per annum for a trainee up to £24,000 for an experienced negotiator.

The position is full time Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm with every other Saturdays on a rota.

As this role involves property visits you will need your own car and will get a mileage allowance for business use.
