**Learning & Development CoordinatorTewkesbury
Full Time, Permanent
£25,000 - £28,000 D.O.E**My client has been established for 20 years and operate within the Occupational health sector. They pride themselves on being a family run, independent organisation who offer expertise in Health, Wellbeing and Safety within the workplace.
Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning and development coordinator to join their busy team to assist with coordinating all training offerings and track outcomes of learnings, to support the development and growth of all employees.
Key duties:
- Scheduling the induction training for all new employees
- Manage all aspects of the LMS system
- Ensure all individual records are up to date
- Organise training courses to include booking training providers, bookings rooms, managing precourse requirements and ensuring trainers have the correct resources
- Maintain the calendar of training events
- Issue certificates of completion and upload external training certificates
- Coordinate specific projects further
- Maintain qualifications register
Key skills & knowledge required:
- Experience within learning and development or HR Administration is required
- Experience within learning and development design and delivery
- Knowledge of managing a learning management system (LMS)
- Be able to prioritise and organise workload to hit deadlines
- Accurate data input skills
- Demonstrates analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong and interpersonal communication skills required
