As a Digital Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the online learning experience.

This dynamic position requires a skilled project manager with a customer-centric approach, capable of handling multiple projects, ensuring quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the development of online programmes, converting faculty ideas into comprehensive 68 week courses.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, EdTech partners, marketing and operational teams, ensuring smooth programme production.
Execute and control development budgets, conduct financial modelling and plan resource allocation to meet production schedules.
Collaborate with technical and operational departments, both internal and external, building service level agreements.

You must have demonstrable project management experience within a high-performance customer service role, showcasing the ability to plan, manage and track multiple projects without compromising quality.

You should also have a track record of effectively managing budgets, including building cost elements and tracking actual expenditures against a budget.
