Job Details
The post holder will be the main customer contact for service reception and spare parts in a busy Fleet Service Centre environment.
A key part of this position is focusing on fleet customer needs as agreed in the service level agreement and building a sound working relationship for developing the services.
The Workshop Support Assistant will assist in the day-to-day running of the fleet maintenance workshop. Responsibilities include Service Reception, Stores and Fuel duties and general Fleet Administration on a Monday to Friday work pattern.
Additionally, they will support and assist the Management Team in ensuring the effective delivery and development of cost effective, quality services, evaluated against the key elements of the Fife Excellence Model including Investors in People.

The normal working week is 4 days on, 4 days off. Mon to Fri 06.00 to16.50, Sat and Sun 06.00 to The pay grade is FC3 plus unsociable hours payment.
The Person
- Experience of working in an office, stores and customer facing environment.
- 4 Standard Grades or equivalent, to include English and Maths at Level 3 or above.
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Working knowledge of financial systems
- Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to Customer care skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
