About Our Client:


We are working alongside a market leading business based around Salford, well known in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.

Supplying to a wide range of retailers, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to ensure high levels of customer services.


Key responsibilities for the Sales Administrator are:

  • Taking both inbound and outbound calls as first point of contact
  • Supporting end to end order to cash cycle
- responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing customers
- prepare and supply quotations

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery meets standard

The Successful Applicant:


  • The confidence to answer calls and give first class service to customers
  • Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets
  • A proven track record in a Customer Service/Sales Administrator background
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the role
