About Our Client:
We are working alongside a market leading business based around Salford, well known in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
Supplying to a wide range of retailers, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to ensure high levels of customer services.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Administrator are:
- Taking both inbound and outbound calls as first point of contact
- Supporting end to end order to cash cycle
- prepare and supply quotations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery meets standard
The Successful Applicant:
- The confidence to answer calls and give first class service to customers
- Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets
- A proven track record in a Customer Service/Sales Administrator background
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role
