Description

Rula Homecare are recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants within Leiston and Aldeburgh.

You will be required to undertake the following duties but not limited to;

Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Document and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

The right applicants will hold the following skills;

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Compassionate and caring nature
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and client needs
Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control protocols

Please note that previous experience as a Care Assistant is essential. Due to the rural location you will be required to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
