This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of a successful online travel agency specialising in Ski and Cruise holidays.

Through our award winning brands Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski, we provide expert service and exceptional holidays to locations around the world.


The role of Accounts Receivable Team Leader is an integral part of the Finance team, with responsibility for the accounting surrounding customer balances, receipts and refunds.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Posting daily receipts and reconciling them on our accounting software
  • Resolve any queries from customer care that may arise in relation to customer balances
  • Process refunds on cancelled or amended bookings in a timely manner either via card, bank transfer or occasionally cheque
  • Monitor and assist our customer relations team in the treatment of card chargebacks
  • Bank reconciliations and reporting
  • Management and development of an Accounts Assistant
  • Any other adhoc duties that may be needed

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in a Finance team, preferably including an Accounts Receivable or Treasury function role
  • Good level of excel ability and comfortable with Microsoft office in general
  • Skilled in planning, organisation and prioritising workload efficiently
