IT Business Analyst - Kent - c£50k

I am exclusively working with a prestigious luxury retailer embarking on a large-scale digital transformation and actively seeking an IT Business Analyst to be play a critical role in gathering business requirements to help achieve their goal of migrating their on-prem systems to the cloud.

This role will work closely with stakeholders to develop solutions to business problems, being the key communicator/acting as 'translator' to convey how technology can support and meet organisation's needs.

This role offers £50k with an expectation of 2 days on site in Bromley.

Responsibilities

Strategic: ensuring successful change and the impact of any proposed change Is understood and managed, as well as presenting the information required to allow decision makers to make more informative decisions
Operational: work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, facilitate workshops to gather information, identity potential improvements and understand the impact of changes to end to end processes
Process improvement; identify opportunities for business improvement, support the design of new business processes and compare best processes for improvement

Desirable
skillset

3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a project/technical role
Experience assisting with internal IT projects as a Business Analyst (assisting with a rollout of a CRM, ERP or Ecommerce project)
Demonstrable experience gathering business requirements and finding solutions
End to end project life cycle experience and familiarity with BA techniques
Strong stakeholder management experience and communication skills
