Title:
HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver


The Best Connection are working in partnership with our client, a leading local transport organisation, to source additional
DAYSHIFT HGV Class One (LGV C+E) drivers to support their busy and expanding operation.


The Role:

  • The safe and timely operation of a Class One vehicle
  • Flat Bed, curtains and containers depending on load
  • Ability to use extendable / skelly trailers
  • LGV C+E licence with commercial driving experience
  • In date CPC and DIGI Cards
  • Some manual aspects to the roles so a reasonable level of fitness required
  • Roles are on going however, we can accommodate Adhoc availability

Hours of work:

  • 06.00am shift start times
  • Monday to Friday

Pay Rates:
- £13.36 per hour for first 45 hours per week
- £17.81 per hour after 45 hours per week/ all Saturday
- £23.93 per hour all hours worked Sundays / Bank Holidays
