Engineering Management Experience gained in the
FOOD or
FMCG Sector as either a
Factory Engineering Manager, a
Chief Engineer or a
Head of Engineering then please keep reading.

The role of
Head of Engineeringwill provide Professional Engineering and Technical Leadership to the Factory. You will ensure people's health and safety; product safety and environment are never compromised. You will ensure that all engineeringactivities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation & performance.

The role of
Head of Engineeringwill see you:

• 
  Build Engineering Capability: Ensure alignment of engineering resources with Factory goals.

Excel in Compliance: Ensure compliance to UK standards, rules, and regulations.

Manage Existing Assets

• Planned Maintenance:via the implementation of Asset Maintenance and Lean Methodology to deliver Asset Intensity.

Manage Existing Assets

• Industrial Services:Ensure that the utilities needs for Production are fulfilled, managed, and optimised and that they are treated according to defined food safety criteria.

Define and adhere to standards:including electrical services & automation at Factory level

• Excellent Continuous improvement / Lean knowledge and experience.
• Fixed Asset Maintenance experience including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to preventive maintenance planning and / or maintenance execution).
• Proven Leadership experience of technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties.

Base Salary A Market Leading Salary

Car Allowance £12,000 per annum

Bonus Up to 15% Available
