Job Description/The Role:


As a Client Support Advisor, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties related to servicing both existing and new clients.

Your tasks will include handling mid-term adjustments, preparing renewal documentation, and processing payments.

Working closely with the Account Handlers and Brokers, you will ensure adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and comply with FCA guidelines.


Knowledge/Experience:

  • While insurance knowledge is not essential, a minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures are essential for reviewing, preparing, and completing insurance forms, documents, and certificates.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to resolve daily issues, answer frequently asked questions, and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and general computer skills are required. Deliver excellent customer service and support to retain and acquire profitable business

for the company. Possess a confident and friendly telephone manner for handling inbound calls and

providing information on various insurance products. Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet. Must have a positive attitude, be motivated, punctual, and reliable. Qualifications:
GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent). CII qualification is preferred but not essential.


Location:

Ashton under Lyne


Hours of work:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Permanent role with a performance review upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period.


Salary:

Salary range between £16,000 and £21,000, dependent on experience.
