Description
I'm hiring for a Supply Sourcing Manager in a market-leading fresh produce company.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end Supply Chain of produce globally - grower/supplier through to the end customer. Covering grower/supplier relation management, logistics, and operations to deliver customer requirements.

What the role involves:

  • Supply Chain management of fresh produce globally
  • Grower/supplier relations management
  • Customer/account stakeholder relationships

The person we're looking for:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain position
  • Ability to make decisions at pace
  • Open to all backgrounds (food/fresh preferred)

Salary:


  • Up £38,000 per annum
  • Bonus upto £2600
  • Profit share £34k / year based on current

Working setup:

  • Based in the London area
  • Hybrid (specifics to be discussed)
