Regional HR Manager - Sheffield - £40,000 - £45,000Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international business who are looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager to join their friendly team. This is role will be supporting the leadership in regional offices by identifying and coordinatingHR services and strategy. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead on the delivery of HR functions across the business.

You would be joining a established organisation with a welcoming and supportive environment, where they have maintained a family environment.

Responsibilities of the Regional HR Manager:

Providing HR support to leadership in regional offices
Provide line management with up to date policies and procedures
Advise the leadership team of developments in employment law affecting the organisation
Implement HR programs with business objectives
Share best practice to ensure policies and procedures are understood
Review remuneration to ensure the business continues to be competitive
Managing end to end recruitment
Managing Trade Union relationships and other third party relationships effectively
Employee Relations
Be accountable for cultural development

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in a HR role including, HR policies and Procedures
CIPD Level 3 or above
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
Willing to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally
