Finance Systems Manager

London

£80,000 per annum

I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business on their search for a Finance Systems Manager on a permanent basis.


The role will be responsible for:

  • Manage a team of 3 staff and create a culture of collaboration, excellence and professional growth.
  • Ensure training for end users for globally, mainly SAP based systems and tools
  • Actively work with the Commercial Reporting team to support the expense reporting requirements as well as with the Finance transformation team to ensure continuous improvement in system usage
  • Assist Head of Finance Operations to adapt to and implement changes and develop the Finance team

Profile Requirements:

  • Full or Part qualified accountant
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • SAP based system knowledge preferred
  • Proven meaningful process standardization and automation
  • Proven experience with integration, COUPA & CONCUR
  • Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available) hybrid/flexible working available.
