We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us on our journey of growth.

Having been established for nearly 2 years we are now looking for determined individuals to be an integral part of our team.


Role Essentials:

  • Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process with diligence and professionalism

Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and negotiation
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced industry
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing or sales role is advantageous

Benefits:


  • Basic salary between £22,000 £24,000 + commission with realistic Year 1 OTE of £30,000 and Year 2 £45,000 +
  • Hybrid working environment
  • 25 days holiday + bank
  • Extensive training programme
