Branch Manager - Derby - £35,000 Plus Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading organisation based in Derby. This is an innovative business who passionately believe in developing its people. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join their existing sales team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will help to drive the growth of the branch first -hand whilst ensuring the focus is on customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is results driven.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who is looking to develop existing abilities and learn new skills.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:


  • Achieve optimum market penetration by maximising sales to trade and retail outlets and other company departments.
  • Exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets
  • To work effectively within the team, ensuring industryleading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times
  • To reconcile daily banking
  • Ensure all employment, environmental, Health & Safety and other policies are strictly adhered to
  • Always striving to achieve high levels of customer service
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve targets
  • Display professionalism and motivation

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in a similar role ideally within the automotive industry
  • Experience delivering first class customer service
  • Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be an advantage
  • A full, clean driving license
