Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Data entry onto current website (including copy, technical resources, images, and video).
- Making updates, additions, and edits to products on the website
- Ensure products on the website have the correct technical information
- Ensure pricing is up to date, and correct
- Compose and create engaging written content for each of our social media platforms and website, including blogs, newsletters, case studies and for any promotional activities and PR opportunities.
- Help to continually review and improve website content
- Ensure that web content when drafted is in line with style guidelines.
- Proofread content prior to publishing.
- Managing internal requests for resolving issues, uploading and editing web content.
- Liaise systematically with contributors to ensure content is current and up to date.
- Help produce social media content on various platforms
- Monitoring and provide analytics via the various channels used to monitor effectiveness of the website and social media channels (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Responding to enquiries submitted via the blog.
- Respond to social media comments.
- Ensuring customer reviews are uptodate and added as content on the website.
- Responding to reviews submitted via Google and Trustpilot to help build trust in the brand.
- Support the wider team on various projects where necessary
Key Skills and Experience:
- Suitable marketing degree or CIM qualification desirable, but not essential
- B2B & B2C Marketing experience
- Experience with Website management (Wordpress)
- Active interest in ecommerce and marketing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SEO & html/CSS would be beneficial
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills
- Knowledge of copyright principles would be advantageous
- Excellent listening and problemsolving skills
- Highly organised, methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising and managing tasks
- Astute timemanagement skills, working well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be "selfmotivated", but must have the ability to work with the Group Team

Hours and Location
- Hours: Fulltime and permanent following successful probationary period.
- Location: TBC, ideally Head Office based (Warwickshire), but hybrid working a possibility.
