Band 8, £30,621 - £34,833 (Increasing to £30,876 - £35,124 from September 2023, following a transitional pay award period)


Location:
Agile, Home Working /Forth Banks Police Station

What will I be doing?


As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will build upon the already established Northumbria Police employer brand, assisting the force to source the best and brightest talent.


What do I need?

  • Ability to identify gaps in the recruiting process and suggest positive changes where appropriate
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle talent management
  • Proven, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, recruitment environment
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Maximise the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Adopt content marketing for recruiting
  • Create talent pipelines for key roles
