Good phone manner and managing customer expectations
Scheduling Engineer Jobs and communicating with them throughout the day
Using an online customer management system
Collating quotations, invoicing jobs and processing payments
Ordering job materials and stocktaking
Supporting the Director with adhoc administration and attending meetings
Selfmotivated with excellent people skills
