Cyber Security Technical Writer (ISO27001) **to join the team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.


As the new**
Cyber Security Technical Writer (ISO27001) you will report to the Head of IT Governance, Risk and compliance and will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, standards and guilds and other documentation in support of the Information Security programme.

Most importantly will be documenting ISO 27001 and CIS control frameworks.

On a daily basis the
Cyber Security Technical Writer (ISO27001) **will be responsible for:

  • Work with the cybersecurity team to obtain an in-depth understanding of Chaucer's cyber and information security requirements, most importantly those related to ISO 27001 and CIS control (v8) frameworks.
  • Develop, update, and maintain highquality and easytounderstand policies, standard operating procedures, standards, guides, and other documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience and in support of the requirements of the information security programme.
  • Revise, review or modify documents prepared by others.
  • Create tutorials to help endusers understand the importance of cyber and information security.
