HR Partner - Poole - Salary up to £36,298

Main responsibilities:

Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels and provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues
Manage and provide support to the Administration leads. In addition, coach & identify development needs for ongoing professional development
Monitor all absences, trends and concerns to ensure effective action is taken in line with all policies
Liaise with the finance team and payroll provider relating to any adjustments and queries
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including:
Ensuring all recruitment activity follows all procedures
Liaise with admin leads to ensure costs are kept to a minimum and the process is undertaken in a timely manner
Provide support and training methods to staff involved in the recruitment process
Assist with recruitment campaigns
Monitor key recruitment metrics
Provide advice and support to staff and when required, complete work reviews, restructures and redundancies
Use HR and technology solutions to access, input and compile data as required by the HR Director/ Deputy HR Director (Operations)
Promote and support the companies culture and encourage staff to follow this example
Be responsible for complying with health & safety legislation and guidance. Any issues or breaches to be reported immediately

Key Skills & Experience required:

Previous experience working in a complex HR role and resolving HR matters
CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
Up to date employment law knowledge
In depth knowledge and understanding of ER issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Work & PowerPoint
Experience of line managing a team and ability to build strong working relationships
Stakeholder management and data analytical skills
