Job Description:
We are currently seeking outgoing individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Centre Agents in Newcastle.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service issues, and general support.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving customer concerns.
Accurately enter customer information and details of the interaction into the system.
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

No previous experience in a call centre is required. Full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility to work in a shiftbased schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
