Joiner - Derby

To undertake Joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings managedby the client.

Full-Time (37 hours).

£12.46-£14.46.

Joiner - Roles and Responsibilities

To carry out new joinery related installations (1st and 2nd fix)
By using your own initiative, resolve were practical any minor or routine technical difficulties on site, liaising with your management as required.
Work within an appointment system including liaising with customers.
To submit all worksheets and documents relating to job (electronically or by paper) within the required timescales.
To effectively contribute to the provision of accurate records for time, SOR and materials to each work order, including the effective receipting of all material advice notes.
