As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, and implementing strategies to optimize CRM processes.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide expert guidance on best practices.

Role & Responsibilities

Assess business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Develop and implement scalable CRM solutions, including workflows, processes, and automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are a plus
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
