Description

Due to continuous growth our client, a Company in Newark are looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team.

You will be joining a small team of 4 on the IT side.

Working Monday to Friday hr deducted for lunch/break)

The Company have been in business for over 20 years and are well established within their field.

They offer a complete one stop solution from warehouse management of equipment through to installation, testing, calibration, customer training, technical support, remote software support and full onsite maintenance.

Role and responsibilities


General interest and understanding on Microsoft Windows operating system / hardware and software diagnostics as you will be the 1st line of support in helping our Customers.

A+ certification would be an advantage but not a requirement.

Full training will be given on the bespoke client software and internal call logging systems.

Past experience in supporting IT is an advantage but not essential, however a passion for wanting to help is.

Even if your experience comes from fixing computers as a hobby for family and friends we would still like to hear from you.

In return the company is offering a competitive basic salary of £23k dependent on experience.
