**Field Operations Manager - Agricultural and Earthmover Tyres
Basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus + company vehicle

Based in the South East, ideally Kent area**My client is the largest supplier of tyre repair and replacement services in the Plant and Agricultural sector and are now developing their reputation in the Earthmover sector.

Due to outstanding recent growth and capital investment they are undertaking excitingexpansion throughout their business sectors.

The Role

  • This role is commercially focused but involves working with a team of fitters, managing their workload, training, recruitment, assessment and ensuring they are able to carry out their roles to the highest level.
  • Included in the position you'll also spend some time speaking to customers and developing those relationships and solve any problems that arise.
  • You'll also carry out site inspections and be responsible for budgets and costs for your area.
  • You'll be managing a team who support customers across the South East but the majority of time will be in the Central Belt

The Person:


  • You must have knowledge and experience in the earthmover tyre sector due to the nature of the role, ideally with technical and some commercial experience.
  • You will be somebody who loves a challenge and be able to use already gained industry contacts to help build client opportunities in your area.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are needed
  • You'll have experience in man management and be able to train and develop a team.
  • A full UK driving license is also required
