Description

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Membership Advisor to help sales of our fantastic new Anytime Fitness Health Club in Aldgate.

As a Gym Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling gym memberships to potential clients.

You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting tours of the facility, explaining membership options and benefits, and ultimately closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Generate leads through various channels such as walkins, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing efforts and outreach/inreach.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals, lifestyle, and needs.
• Conduct guided tours of the gym facility, showcasing equipment, amenities, and services.
• Educate prospects on membership options, pricing plans, and membership benefits.
• Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have regarding memberships, facilities, or services.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and member interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Be a self starter, taking ownership and accountability of your shift, showing a passion for the fitness industry and working within a strong team.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
