About the role
Reporting to the Director of Brand this role forms an integral part of the Marketing Team, providing hands-on strategic coordination for the wider marketing department whilst also delivering tactical support to the brand team requirements

  • Responsible for the coordination of key 360 marketing campaigns. This is an integral role within the marketing team being the conduit between all key marketing stakeholders and the wider business.
  • You will take the lead in ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date and key priorities assigned to team members so that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • You will also supporting with the coordination for weekly marketing team meetings ensuring that teams are engaged and informed on the upcoming priorities
  • Support the brand team in delivering innovative, bestinclass consumer marketing campaigns from inception through to final campaign evaluation.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently and effectively
  • Other ad hoc duties as required to support the wider marketing function

About You

  • Well organised, diligent and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking and presenting to different audiences.
  • Action focused and able to get things done at pace to a high quality
  • Strong project management skills. You'll be meticulous in your planning with strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • A curious mindset with the ability to swiftly identify key trends and opportunities which can be implemented across the wider marketing team
  • A collaborative working style, adaptable to different team styles who can actively and comfortably engage with key stakeholders across the business.
  • A think and do attitude being able to plan and execute new ideas, from start to finish.
  • Ability to take responsibility for agreed objectives and targets
  • Experience of developing presentations, reports and analytics using Powerpoint and Excel
