Business Travel Consultant - M

Business Travel Consultants - Mixed shifts homebased duties

  • Manage a dedicated corporate account, booking travel Worldwide including flights, hotels, and transfers
  • Offer first class customer service at all times.
  • Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre)
  • Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
  • Work closely internal and external clients to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
  • Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants - Mixed shifts homebased skills required

  • Business Travel experience or experience working within tailor made, tour operations or airline reservations with experience using either Galileo, Amadeus, or sabre (this is essential)
  • Able to work the shift pattern of 4 days on (8am8pm) 4 days off 2 days on (8am8pm) 2 nights 8pm8am ) 4 days off with a rolling shift pattern
  • Excellent customer service experience and confident supporting clients with varied travel needs
