Accounts Administrator - Truro (outskirts) - Circa: £22,000


Trial Balance Consulting have formed an exclusive partnership with a new client, a highly successful specialist services business based on the outskirts of Truro.

The company has tasked us with sourcing a new Accounts Administrator to join their friendly,happy finance team. The role is offered as a full time, permanent contract to be site based at their HQ.

Working closely alongside an experienced Finance Manager, this would be a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant or Ledger Clerk looking to expand their knowledge and widen the responsibilities


Core responsibilities to include:

  • Accounts payable to include raising PO's, uploading invoices, reconciling statements and supplier payment runs
  • Accounts receivable to include creating and sending client invoices and monitoring aged debtor
  • Client credit referencing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Stock management
  • Petty cash management
  • Maintenance of company databases and systems
