The Opportunity - Recruitment Systems Trainer

You will be working with Recruitment Directors / Owners, Leaders, Managers, Consultants and marketers delivering on-line recruitment Bullhorn ATS / CRM systems training

You will be responsible for:

Delivering face to face online training, prerecorded and live webinars within the UK, and abroad to recruitment agency
Working with clients to implement and embed Automation into our clients processes
Build online learning courses and develop new training material
Recording all training delivered and ensuring effective reposting for both the company and clients

What we are looking for?

Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Trainer, Bullhorn Trainer, Recruitment Systems Trainer, Automation Implementor or as a Recruiter at least 1 year experience
Ideally have experience of Bullhorn ATS/CRM and Bullhorn Automation (aka Herefish) or another Recruitment CRM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organised, positive, and fun to be around
Ability to cope under pressure and deal and negotiate with sceptics and 'know it all's' in a nice engaging manor
An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective way
The attitude of a selfstarter and be able to manage your time and diary
