Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a full time, permanent Administrator to join our Fire Consultancy team based in Blackburn.

The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.

Proactive management of outstanding joborders.
Booking and coordination of assessor's diaries.
Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries, providing excellent customer service at all times
Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
Using a variety of IT systems (JDE, Boris, Global)
Dispute resolution, price and contract queries.
Communicating with various departments including Sales and Assessors.
Working to KPI's and tight deadlines.

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week | Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Qualifications

Organisational skills are imperative.
Ability to multitask
Experience of administration support in a busy environment
Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Have a high level of IT literacy (Especially Microsoft package)
Experience of working on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Up to £24,000 per annum
