Job Description:


You will provide a high quality and professional PA service to LGIM's CEO office, supporting the Executive Assistant and the CEO's Business Manager.


You will have excellent attention to detail and a pro-active approach in supporting all aspects of their day-to-day activities as required.

This will be a hybrid role.


In addition, you will be required to provide cover for the EA to the CEO during holidays etc as required.


What you will be doing:


  • Quick and proactive responses to the CEO's Business Manager and the CEO's Executive Assistant, ensuring there is always seamless support for the CEO.
  • Proactive inbox management, including delegating matters to the appropriate person, highlighting where necessary and responding on their behalf as appropriate.
  • Assist with management of diaries, including all logistics and travel to ensure time is optimised when spent in various locations as required. For hybrid meetings, ensuring that the relevant details are included in the calendar invitations.
  • Support with organising events/offsites as required and many other adhoc tasks.
  • Assisting with collating papers for the CEO's meetings in a timely manner and preparing the pack for each day.
  • Assisting with travel, expenses, and invoice processing. Keeping accurate and confidential records for gifts & hospitality, complying with regulations.
  • Continually promote and ensure compliance with the Group's equality and diversity and treating customers fairly policy and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Experience working as a PA within a Financial Services environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of systems including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software packages that support the full range of administrative activities.
  • Have a broad knowledge of the market and the industry.
  • Strong team player, capable of working in a fastpaced environment where attention to detail is paramount.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to take on feedback.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and to be flexible in a continuously changing environment.
  • Understanding of governance processes and interrelationships between different areas of the organisation.
  • Solutionsfocused, comfortable with thinking laterally and suggest ways of improving existing processes and procedures
  • Selfstarter, capable of working alone and unguided, dealing with any situation that arises and confident in making decisions on their behalf where appropriate.
  • Always demonstrate accuracy when sending out papers, and correspondence.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills at all levels and the ability to create a strong internal and external network.
  • Capable of using a variety of technology (including for hybrid meetings). Ability and willingness to learn new tech/systems.
  • Previous experience supporting more than one senior business leader is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be assertive when required.
  • Pays great attention to detail and demonstrates a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to act diplomatically and confidentially with sensitive information.
  • A high degree of independence and can fully understand the requirements in the role.
