    Private Capital Tax Associate

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our Private Capital Tax team in London or Manchester.

    About the Role:

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with corporate, personal, owner-managed business, or a mixed tax background to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

    The Private Capital Tax team provides a full suite of tax advisory and compliance services to non-listed financial services businesses, dealing with UK and international tax affairs. We work closely with ultra-high net worth and high-profile individuals, advising them on their personal needs as well as their business holdings or investment structures.

    As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

    • Identifying possible issues and planning opportunities with client lists and discussing such issues with leads.
    • Working on consultancy and research projects with senior staff as projects arise.
    • Applying up-to-date technical knowledge to your work as reviewers.
    • Liaising with third-party professionals, including solicitors, accountants, and independent financial advisers.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 500 words written description detailing experience and qualifications.
    • A deep understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
