As the Product Owner of our checkout experience, you're here to expand the potential of our digital business, supporting the delivery of the product vision and strategic roadmap as we move to a MACH architecture.

Working as a member of the Digital Product Management Team you will play a key role in the delivery of Digital agenda.
Putting the customer at the heart of all we do and with a focus on value delivery, you will be shaping and delivering the digital product vision, roadmap and subsequent development across our digital channels.
- Support the development of product roadmaps and backlogs, using external and internal insights, ideation, customer feedback and prototyping/testing
- Define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
- Manage the prioritisation and refinement of items in the product backlog, maximising value delivery
- Measure and monitor key metrics, using multiple analytical tools to understand the performance of your products.
- Work collaboratively with key colleagues including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.
- Consistently applies product best practice and acts as an advocate of the product discipline
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in product ownership, ideally within an ecommerce environment
- Indepth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Experience in API and integrations
- Strong familiarity with all major online payment solutions, UK and European regulation, international and cross border payments and card issuing.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate the product strategy to the team
- Proactive selfstarter, task focused and organised.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
