Description:

We are recruiting for a
Distribution Administrator to work in the transport and distribution office for our Logistics client, at their offices in Didcot Oxford.

The role will be working remote to the wider team who are based in different location, however you will be working with the local driving team on a day to day basis.

Therefore you will be someone that is comfortable working alone.

Key responsibilities for the Distribution Administrator include:

The production and distribution of KPI reports.
Briefing and debriefing drivers.
Booking in loads and providing ETA's.
Resolving any ad hoc queries.
Answering drivers calls daily and assisting with queries/returns/collections.
Creating manifests on Transport Management System
Scanning POD's***
The essential qualities of the Distribution Administrator include:Confident telephone manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong IT skills.
