Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated freelance massage therapist to join our team and rent our clinic space for one day per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated therapist looking to expand their client base and collaborate with a reputable clinic.

In addition to renting our clinic space, there is also the potential to showcase your services at our retreats and feature them on our website, providing you with additional exposure and potential clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional massage therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' individual needs and preferences
• Maintaining a clean and professional workspace within our clinic environment
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards in line with industry best practices
• Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless client experience and promote a positive clinic atmosphere
• Participating in promotional activities, including offering services for our retreats and being featured on our website

Desired Skills:

• Aromatherapy
• Hot stone massage
• Reflexology
• Indian head massage
• Full body massage

Any additional skills or modalities that you bring to the table would be beneficial for us to advertise and showcase to our clientele.

Compensation:
As a freelance massage therapist, you will be working on a percentage-based model that aligns with our pricing structure. You will receive a commission of £25-£30 per hour.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to generate income through the rental of our clinic space to your own clients on a per-day basis.

Cross-Selling Opportunities:
We have an established wellness center at Tranquil Waters, providing a unique opportunity for cross-selling services.

Your services will be advertised in our coffee shop, on our website, in our wellness center, and on our social channels.

We will make every effort to help you build a client base and promote your services to our existing customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid certification or license in massage therapy
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of massage techniques and modalities, including the desired skills mentioned above
• Proven experience providing highquality massage therapy services to diverse clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Professional and punctual, with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own client bookings
• Willingness to collaborate with our team and contribute to a positive work environment
