Your team
- You'll be working in the ACQA Quant Platform Crew, and part of the CDIO organization. ACQA is "Advanced Cloud Quantitative Analytics" it's our strategic, cloudbased Analytics and Risk platform. The team is composed of approximately 50 top level contributors with a diverse skillset, organized into agile local autonomous pods of 510 members. We work directly with traders, risk managers and finance users to provide platforms and tools for the management of the investment bank's Risk and PnL and to support trading activities.
- You will be a part of the MPO (Models, Pricing and Optimization) Stream. The wider global team is very technical, globally distributed, highly diverse, and high performing. Your agile crew will consist of engineers across the CDIO and Quantitative teams, and you will work extensively with quants and senior stakeholders in both front office and technology. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the suite of ACQA Risk Management tools including the ACQA Risk Tool, the strategic xasset tool for traders' risk management and analysis.
Your expertise
- Your expertise
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming is essential
- Experience with ReactJS and Typescript is highly desirable
- Strong HTML/CSS styling skills with a passion for design
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, you like to figure out how things work
- Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of financial derivative products and experience/familiarity with risk management is desirable
- Python or Cloud experience would be beneficial although training will be provided
- Experience of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire to work together with stakeholders
