About our client
We are working with one of the UK's leading VCT funds.

Our client has over £300m AUM to deploy across the UK into a range of sectors from Life Sciences, Technology and Consumer sectors.

They are looking to deploy £50m in 2023, with tickets ranging from £1-5m.

What the job involves:

Build out a strong network with industry experts, entrepreneurs, Venture capital peers and advisors.
Take ownership over deal execution, from due diligence, negotiation, to documentation and work stream coordination.
Support portfolio companies through leading board meetings and analysing possible exit plans.

Who we are looking for:

Experience within a relevant sector. This could be Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Startup/Scaleup experience
Investing experience is highly desired
Strong communication skills, someone who can build and maintain relationships and take a lead on business development.
Take a lead in managing the execution of deals and leading junior staff.
